Rude:
The staff here could not be any ruder.
From the time I walked in and stood at the counter waiting for assistance, no one acknowledged my existence, even to say hello, including a woman sitting behind the counter, appearing not to be assisting anyone.
Not wanting to make assumptions, I stood there politely waiting for someone. Finally another woman finished with a customer but, without even looking around, asked a man standing across the room if she could help him. Now, granted he was there before me, so not a problem.
But apparently the two knew each other, and he was a builder, and they started having a conversation about a swimming pool he was building for someone. I stood there to myself saying "Really?" and that's when Cruella de Vil, the other one sitting behind the counter, chimed in and snarled that someone would be with me shortly.
I said that if you were going to stand around talking about building pools, maybe I need to find a store that sells lighting, and walked out.
