This place is a horrible place to have to go or send someone. They will lie chronically in order to cover their own faults. They neglect their patients. Rarely do the room buttons even work so no one even knows when help is needed. They miss meds, have given wrong meds, etc. They flat out do NOT LISTEN!! A family member with TBI left, we searched in order to bring him back. LV waited until the next day at 5:05pm to say they now changed their mind and he wasn't welcome back. In other words chose their patient of several weeks to fend for himself on the streets. They do offer his pack of drugs, of course with no instructions. This place is the worst and I highly do not recommend it. I work in the medical field and have seen a lot, this is the worst, particularly the administration.
