I just received an email asking me to rate their service. It asked "Would you recommend us" when I said no the page it redirected to a message that stated "this page can not be reached" So I then chose yes as a response it then directed me to an actual website that would accept my positive feedback. I must say that is shady! In fact I had a bad experience with Linda's Tax Service but had decided to not review figuring just stop the negativity that this experience had brought forth but after having this email rekindle that negativity I feel it is my duty to confess. I approached Linda's Tax Service and was met by Michael. long story short... I felt I was lied to and mislead by this individual and decided not to move forward with using Linda's Tax service. Horrible place to have your taxes done!
