Lindell's Grandfather Clock Repair

The Philadelphia Law Firm, Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. has had a very disturbing and unfortunate experience of working with Lindell’s Grandfather Clocks. On June 18, 2018, a service tech came to our office for a service call and to estimate the repair cost of the grandfather clock. The service tech removed the face of our grandfather clock, along with other parts, and took it with him. We had not agreed to have Lindell do the repairs and were seeking other estimates. We called Lindell and requested that they return the parts. Initially, the service tech promised to return them the next day but did not show up. We called again and gave him a new date to return the clock face. He never showed up and now the company does not take our phone calls, even when we threaten to call the police. We have now reported the theft to the Philadelphia Police Department and PA Attorney General.
