Unless you're an existing customer don't even bother calling. My pipes burst in a bad cold snap. I called on a Wednesday and they said they couldn't fit me in until the following Monday. I understood - it was a BAD cold snap. When I called on the Monday they said I would have to wait until Wednesday. On the Wednesday - a week after I first called - they told me to call someone else. I have no idea on prices or quality of work because they never showed up.
