Horrible, horrible Service:
Today (3/17/20) I had one of the worst instances of bad customer service. I'm standing at the checkout counter and during the entire transaction the owner of the store did not greet me or look at me until it was time to pay, I said to him it was rude not to greet customers and that customer service goes a long way, instead of acknowledging his behavior on any level, he opted to refuse me service. This was not my first visit to this location, on my out I told his wife what happened and she just stared at me as if I was speaking a foreign language.

Here we are in a crisis period when businesses are being forced to close and the impact that this virus is having and will continue to have, this owner in all of his arrogance feels that he doesn't have to treat customers with any respect. I think he believes that he is successful because of the products he carries instead of realizing that we the customers are why he is successful.

At the end of the day we all want to look good, but first and foremost, if we are not treated with good customer service and valued, we should take our business somewhere else.

IL-TREATMENT & FALSE ADVERTISING! No more of my $$ going to these people!:
For the 2nd time now I have left this business feeling mistreated. 1st - a young female employee INTENSELY followed and spied on me while I was shopping, it was soo obvious and soo unnecessary-the Asian owners just stand behind the counter while the Black employees do their dirty work of acting like everybody is a thief! 2nd - this past weekend I located several items that were marked down and located in a basket (at the front of the store) clearly marked "50%" off by a sign attached to the basket, however, the Owner refused to sell the items to me for 50% although he watched me pull each one out of the basket marked "50%" off. I tried to appeal to his business sense, but he blew me off - I informed him that it was FALSE ADVERTISING which he did not agree/nor care - he admitted that he was the owner so he really could have sold the items to me as advertised - I put them all back! Not because I could not afford them, but it's the principal of the matter! Please Ladies - spend your money elsewhere - I hear there is a Black Owned Beauty supply in Portland, find/support it, I sure am! Never again will those people get my HARD earned dollars.
