Living History Farms is an outdoor history museum that tells the story of 300 years of agricultural and rural history through three working farms: 1700 Ioway Indian Farm, 1850 Pioneer Farm, 1900 Horse-Powered Farm and 1875 Town. Tours are self-guided and at your own pace. Located on 500 acres in the western suburbs of Des Moines, Iowa. One admission price includes all activities. Free parking.
