AVOID the Livonia Urgent Care. The medical service received was excellent at this urgent care. However, there are significant issues with its billing practice. I received a bill in May 2012 from this urgent care and paid by using my HSA account. After that I assume this balance was paid as I did not receive any subsequent notifications. Then in February 2013, I received a collection notice from an attorney noting this balance has been send to collection. So, I call up the office and discovered that the payment did not go through and the office did not bother to send another bill or any notifications that the payment did not go through.
