Beware of the rude lady!:
I called them to get a quote to replace my broken Garage door opener and spoke to the a lady. She was extremely rude and bossy and never let me explain what I needed. When I mentioned that I was calling to get a comparison to a quote that I had already got from another company, she became upset and started asking me questions about the other company like name, truck type, did they give a quote on a letter pad, etc., and then refused to quote a price as she would not compete with somebody from the street.
I ended up hiring the same gentleman I got the quote from initially and he did the job very well. He replaced my garage door opener, 4 pullies and 10 rollers, lubricated all the joints which were squeaking before and now they run smooth and quiet. He recommended a great opener and did the job very well. He even threw in a Keypad and an extra remote which did not come with the Opener Unit.
The funny part is, it turns out Lizzie's garage was his vendor and they always use him to do repairs and maintenance for their customers. The lady needs to slow down and stop being rude to her potential customers. It is a remarkable feat to have been in the business for 47 years (as claimed by the rude lady) when one refuses to listen to what the customer has to say and be rude to them.
