These people are not honest........:
Only thing they are good at is charging more money compared to other car repair shops.

Good, fast, friendly service:
I have been a happy custom of Lloyd Tire for several years. They are always happy to explain stuff, and very reasonably priced.

Someone trying to get something for nothing:
The review from the customer is not true. The customer came in 6 hours later after repairing the tire and claimed we dinged his rim. I took the time to take the customer out to the shop to show him the machine we used to remove his tire and that the only part of the machine that touched the rim was plastic. The customer admitted that a curb had been hit and a recap from a tractor trailer tire had been hit. There was scratches and dirt imbedded in the dings he claimed we caused and I explained to him that if the dings were current there would not be dirt imbedded in the scratches or dings. The customer threatened me with posting bad reivews on the internet to try and hurt our buisness if i did not replace his rim. I told him if I felt that we had been responsible for his rim damage I would have been glad to replace his rim. I even showed the customer where the paint was flaking off of the rim on the other side that we had nothing to do with. It is bad that we strive for excellence and all it takes is a customer that wants a new rim for something we had nothing to do with and you have to worry about someone talking bad about you

Will not return:
To start with, I made an appointment a few days prior to my visit to get a tire patched and plugged, i showed up about 5 minutes before the set time, then it took about 20 minutes to have my wheel (which was not even on a vehicle) into the garage to begin the process.I was told after the completion of the work that they had to use a more expensive plug due to the high performance tire that was being fixed as well as the placement of the puncture. It was only an extra $3 so it didn't make me that mad and i believe that it was worth it. After putting the tire back onto my car i noticed two dings that I had not seen prior to the work being done and immediately returned to the shop to ask questions. I was told that the marks were not due to the work and that they were because i was a bad driver and had scuffed my rim on a curb over a year and a half ago which must have caused the damage. After giving me the run down of how they remove tires by showing me that machine, I still did not believe him. Although I am very precarious about my car, I could have missed these dings over a year ago and continued to miss them while washing it over and over, but I believe that is unlikely. Next time I will take picture of any areas that are about to receive work so that I will not be made to look like a jerk who is just trying to swindle a place out of some money. I am honest and I hope that the shop was being honest as well. Having said all of this, I will not be returning to this shop for any work on my car in the future.
P.S. This is not slander, especially because when written it is called libel, and the fact that none of this information was made up. it is simply my opinion and my account of the things that happened. (This information is for the manager who did not like the fact that I told him I might write a bad review)
