it was after business hours, about 10pm and I locked myself out of my apt. After calling some pretty rude and expensive locksmiths, I called these guys. The gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and asked how I heard of them. He told me a technician would be @ my place in less than 30 min. The technician arrived shortly after and opened my door in less than 10 seconds. Very professional and not too bad, considering the time! Even though it cost me $75, I would definitely recommend them if you lock yourself out of your apt!

We had an issue with a doorknob and they came out to help us. They were there within two hours of my call on a Saturday (non-emergency call) which was awesome. He not only quickly figured out the issue with the doorknob, but he also went through areas of our home and gave us great tips on how to make our home safer. They went above and beyond and it felt to me like they really cared about the safety of their customers. We highly recommend them for a great Locksmith service and when it comes to turning your keys over to a stranger, you want to make sure that you choose the right person - They are it !

I never give five stars unless they really deserve it. They deserves it. My negligent management company would not / could not send anyone to repair my lock so I was locked out of my place for 36 hours. Yes !
