not sure if it's because i live so close to them but they came out super quick when i called. they were on top of things and very helpful and I only paid 65 dollars to get my door opened and re keyed. makes sure to ask them for their Warranty information as I was told everything they do comes with a 90 day full warranty which i think is important. you never know ... thanks so much .
