They did great work in my house once before. when my grandson locked himself in the bathroom we called them again. they were great - came over right away and were very calm with my son who thought this was all one big adventure and was so excited to be "rescued" by them. thanks.

I don't usually write reviews but I was blown away by this guy - from the moment I called it took then 14 minutes to get to me and another 2 minutes to open up my office. Did they fly over ? it sure did seem that way so thanks so much.

He was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that their technician went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from their company to help me out. I could sense that He was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to what they told me I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called them to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened they were genuinely happy for me even though they did not end up providing the service - that's how nice they are!
