I got locked out last night and called them - the girl i spoke to over the phone said that they were a running a bit behind and that it would take about 45 minutes to get to my house. I appreciated the honesty and booked the call. 25 minutes later they show up at my door and 3 minutes later my door was open. When he took a look at my lock he told me that it looks like someone tried to pop that lock. I wasn't sure if he was trying to sell me something or replace my lock so he could make more money but then he said - talk to your landlord and tell him to replace that lock for you that way you will not be the one paying for it. YES ! They were honest and polite and I am happy to leave 5 stars of excellence for them.

I'm not a big reviewer but felt compelled to say how good I thought this service was. He is definitely the man to get the job done and as they promise, no hidden costs and I was told the set and final price as soon as they got here and looked at my locks. Quick, efficient and very pleasant.... It almost would make being locked out a pleasure...

He was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that their technician went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from their company to help me out. I could sense that He was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to what they told me I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called them to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened they were genuinely happy for me even though they did not end up providing the service - that's how nice they are!

I placed a call for a locksmith to come and install new locks on my front door. The person over the phone was very nice and explained the various options to me. Within 30 minutes they were here and showed me all of the various locks I could choose from. Once I made my choice they went ahead and installed the lock on my door - they did beautiful work i must say. The only downside is that they would not take my check as payment and I do not have any credit cards (me and my partner are working on getting our debt in check...) so I ended up having to pay cash. overall I am satisfied with the service.
