RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL - do not recommend!:
TL;DR: Completely unprofessional, cancelled my appointment once and didn’t bother to tell me, then I showed up for the reschedule after driving 1.5 hours and they had cancelled it again without telling me. When I went to reschedule a third time, they booked it for the wrong month - if I hadn’t caught it, I would have been cancelled on again. Secretary was rude about it and Michael Loffredo, one of the accountants, was even ruder - I tried to talk to him and he spoke over me, and when I said I wouldn't be back he said that me not coming back would be doing them a favor. I almost cried it was so rude. Complete waste of time, if you get Gail on the phone don’t even bother scheduling because you’ll show up and they won’t see you.



Having worked in customer service before, I never leave bad reviews because I know everyone has a bad day. I always try to talk to the business to resolve it first. In this case however they were incredibly rude and didn’t want to hear what I had to say, so this is the only way to have my voice heard.

I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 11am. The day before, I proactively called to confirm my appointment - only to find they had cancelled it. Glad I called, or I would have shown up! So we rescheduled it for the following Wednesday at 2PM.

I show up at the office, having driven through really bad weather and flash flooding, and showed up at 1:45 for my 2pm appointment. As soon as I walk in and said I was there to see Mike, Gail the secretary says that appointment was for last week. I said no… the original appointment was for last week and we rescheduled. She said no, that they decided to keep the original time and emailed me about it. She was quite nasty about it. I’m an accommodating person and prefer to avoid conflict, so even though I was a little upset after driving an hour and a half to make it to the appointment, I figured mistakes happen and I went to reschedule for the following Thursday, August 10th. As she’s booking the appointment, I hear her say Thursday the 6th - I politely mentioned that on my calendar, the Thursday was the 10th not the 6th. She’d booked me for the wrong month.

Getting increasingly frustrated, I excuse myself and see that she did send me an email to reschedule the appointment, but never confirmed with me - I never wrote back confirming, and they never called me to tell me I missed an appointment. There had been multiple emails and phone calls back and forth about this appointment - with proper scheduling, this would never have happened. All it would have taken was a phone call to confirm my appointment, like every business under the sun does.

But here’s why I’m writing this review. I went back into the office and decided to cancel my rescheduling - fool me once shame on you, fool me twice I’m tired of getting jerked around. This time Mike was there and confronts me in an aggressive manner, saying he was there when Gail scheduled the appointment and I was wrong, even though this obviously wasn’t the case or he would have known how much back and forth went on scheduling this appointment. I calmly explain that I drove an hour and a half to get there, and he cuts me off - and then I started to walk away (because I was literally about to cry from the shock of how rude this was) and said there’s no need for this, I won’t be coming back, and he yelled out as I was walking out the door that I was probably doing them a favor anyway.

Mike, check your secretary - she’s slipping up on scheduling. 3 mistakes in a row with one person, and then handling it this way, is completely outrageous. If you’d taken the 5 minutes he spent arguing with me to actually listen to what I had to say about the scheduling mishap, this review wouldn’t be here. This was handled completely unprofessionally.

Long story short, make an appointment at your own risk… I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
