French/Vietnamese fusion food truck in the heart of Tulsa, Ok. Serving Banh Mi and Beignets to the masses. Coming summer 2012 to the Pearl district.

We are a food truck that specializes in banh mi. (Vietnamese sandwich's) Honey ginger pork, lemongrass chicken, citrus ginger tofu, as well as specials. We serve caramelized kimchi fries, and Beignets (french doughnuts) for dessert. Everything is made fresh every day. Our bread is baked fresh by the Antoinette bakery on Brookside here in Tulsa.
Savory, sweet, sour, and spicy. A perfect balance. Harmony served from a truck. The best place in Tulsa to get a great Banh Mi. The (only?) place to get caramelized Kimchi fries, and the best Beignets outside of Nola!
