Not recommended, especially for women:
In August of this year I brought my Kia Sportage to Long Tire for an estimate on tires and also got an oil change for $34.95. After the oil change they gave me a list of what needed to be done or my car. It was going to need even more expensive work. They said I needed an Air cabin filter and I knew that wasn't true because I had a new one put in by the Kia dealership 2 months prior. I was also advised that I needed a Power Steering flush, Fuel Induction Service, Front brakes and Brake system fluid flush. I left and looked into other tires but decided to go back to Long Tire because I wanted the Kelly tires. They again stressed how important it is for me to get the above listed items taken care of.
I got the tires, alignment, etc and left without getting other work done.
In October of this year I went to my Kia dealership for a special on wiper blades and asked them to give me the free 24 point inspection. My car is in perfect condition and does not need any work.
Long Tire and it's manager lies about everything.
To top it all off, two days after getting my tires an ad came out to buy 4 tires and get one free plus a free alignment. I went back into the store and asked if they would consider giving me a better price on the future work they recommended but they would not consider it.
I am single and a senior and I really wanted to find a place to take my car where they would be fair. I have found it, my Kia dealership on 60.

awesome work, highly recommended:
The guys at this Goodyear are wonderful! I needed and alternator and battery replaced and everywhere we went was going to charge us over 700 dollars! I've had good experiences at this goodyear in the past so we decided to bring our vehicle to them. they not only made sure to beat the prices of everyone else, but they also were incredibly nice and knowledgable. I'm not a mechanic so I don't know about the quality of their work but I can definitely say that we've not had another problem with our alternator or battery. We will always go back to this Goodyear.

POOR service !!:
I paid $25 for a tire patch on my 2007 Mustang and the manager said the tire resetting not included, What a BS !!!! My Low Tire Pressure light still on, they could not fix it. Obviously they had no clue how, the guy was looking up manuals, bringing equipments, pressing buttons with no results, then said some equipment needs to be charged ( was not done last night ) so I have to come back tomorrow. He was rude, and a manager claims it is SAFE to drive with the Low Tire Pressure light on. "Right" .... They are totally incompetent, and I will NEVER ever come back. You would think a Goodyear place knows how to fix a tire....
I take my car to the Ford, which I should done at the first place :(
