Thumbnail version of what happened...Food was REALLY EXPENSIVE for what it is. Server wouldn't refill our drinks. Food came and was AWFUL! 2 bowls of salad and BOTH had brown lettuce! My steak tasted like there was a pound of salt on it! The manager, Bob, still charged us for both salads and 10.00 for 2 plates of fries. Then, the little fat a@s raised his voice to me, when I complained about the bill. Instead of cracking his head open, we just left.

I will say, however, the general manager called me and apologized for the experience. She even refunded my money AND sent us gift cards, to come back. I applaud her for that.
