Long's assembled and recovered my Olhausen:
Bottom Line - They did an OK job, but it could have been better; and, contrary to their web site, they are more expensive than anyone else. The Semonis fabric on my table has a rippled appearance. It's actually smooth, but apparently overstretched in places. The rails have some threads under them that I didn't notice until after the installers left. Finally, the table isn't fully level. All things considered, I would find someone else next time.
I contacted Long's and tried to get them to come out and make the job right. After all, I paid them an extra $100 to come out before Christmas. Bottom line - they wouldn't come back out without billing me another $200. They said I signed a statement that everything was OK when the installers left. Yes I did, after noting that the fabric had a wavy appearance. The installer said it could take up to a year before the ripple effect diminished. It continues to look as bad as the day it was installed. I'm a very reasonable person, but these guys are all about the bottom line, not customer satisfaction. Perhaps if I had purchased the table from them it would have been different.
