Stay away from lorden oil!:
Stay away from Lorden Oil! We have been customers of theirs for over a decade, and they have been hit or miss most of the time, but now they have sunk to the lowest of lows. We have always been automatic delivery customers, which means that they are supposed to deliver oil on their pre-determined schedule. However, twice in the last 2 months now we have had to call them to get oil delivered. We always pay our bill immediately, the day of the delivery. This time, we ran out of oil on a Saturday, and had to call them to deliver. They charged us $140.00 to deliver oil on Saturday, because they failed to meet the auto-delivery commitment. Needless to say, I am going to pursue a refund of the $140.00 fee, and I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. This is a treacherous practice, and they must not need any customers, because I will be leaving them too.
If I could give them a negative star count, I would, as they have become corrupt and underhanded. As an auto-delivery customer, I shouldn't have to call them to deliver oil on time, let alone pay a fee for a weekend delivery.
As I stated at the beginning, STAY AWAY FROM LORDEN OIL.
