Dear Lori, I called your office today with a simple question and I was reminded of what a great staff you have. Any time I have called, no matter the issue, they have been friendly, professional and Knowledgeable. They have answered my questions fully. Today I spoke with Caylyn regarding an issue with the AARP driver safety Program. It was a little out of the ordinary and she did not know the answer. However, in less than 5 minutes she called me back with a response. Brice and all the other staff I have interacted with over the years have been just as efficient. I am sorry I don't know or remember all their names but again, they have all been as described above. This is also a reflection on your hiring and training practices. Thank you for all the assistance your office has provided over the past several years.

Thanks for checking in, I really appreciate it. Besides how upset I am for not being a better defensive driver, your team, and State Farm Claims generally have made this experience so smooth, and a lot easier to bear. I can't thank you enough for the hard work I know you have put in to prepare for every possible contingency. In addition, everyone I have talked to has been great to talk to and very patient.
