Dear Lori, I called your office today with a simple question and I was reminded of what a great staff you have. Any time I have called, no matter the issue, they have been friendly, professional and Knowledgeable. They have answered my questions fully. Today I spoke with Caylyn regarding an issue with the AARP driver safety Program. It was a little out of the ordinary and she did not know the answer. However, in less than 5 minutes she called me back with a response. Brice and all the other staff I have interacted with over the years have been just as efficient. I am sorry I don't know or remember all their names but again, they have all been as described above. This is also a reflection on your hiring and training practices.
