Horrible! Sold me a used water heater and charged me for a new one. The workers told me no one had ordered the pipes so they were making due with what they had in the truck. Didn't put in correct plumbing size for HE washers so now they leaked and ruined my floor. No downspout on water heater among other things. Didn't finish hooking up the water softener. Was called to another job, didn't even tell me they were leaving and then never came back. I found out the guys who were here are not licensed and only work under the owners license. He was not here and didn't check on the work. I also found out they didn't get a permit for the job. I ended up with a HUGE bill and have since had to pay hundreds more to fix all their bad work.
