Los Angeles County Social Service

Co-sponsored by the County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors and the Department of Public Social Services, the Toy Loan Program is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization established to teach children about responsibility, cooperation and honesty as it provides a free toy-lending service to the children of Los Angeles County.
