I was a patron at Lotus and enjoyed my visits, until I found out that the business was built on lies and deception. I found it extremely disturbing to find out that the entire staff at Lotus used to work at Essencials Day Spa in Lenox, and they all left without giving any notice at all. Any half honorable person gives their employers a month or two weeks notice! I also have come to find out that some of the staff were stealing company I-pods and other things as well. One of the employees at Lotus even broke into Essencials to steal computer records of clients! This whole thing is shocking and very disturbimg to me, and I will not support a business like that.
