Opened in 1939, the Louisiana State Exhibit Museum displays state and regional archeology, history, art, and natural history.
Visit us to see twenty two 1/8 scale dioramas of Louisiana industry and agriculture, fine examples of pottery of the Caddo Nation, basketry from Louisiana Native American tribes, two large taxidermy dioramas, and historical displays.
Closed for all State holidays.
The museum is CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday.
