Introducing Loulay Kitchen & Bar, Opening Tonight:
Named for his hometown of Saint Hilaire de Loulay in France, Thierry Rautureau will be officially unveiling Loulay Kitchen & Bar tonight; it's his first project since shutting the doors of his beloved Rover's this past June. Dinner starts at 5 pm and there are no reservations left. Regular hours of operation will be daily from 11 am to 11 pm, which gives way to many more dining opportunities.
