Bait and Switch:
My dryer broke on a Sunday evening. I heard a loud bang and knew that it was the belt since there were some heavy items in it and the electrical was still working. I called several appliance repair companies and told each one the exact dryer I had and asked how much to repair a broken belt. Low Rates Appliance Center (which goes by All Pro on the web) quoted me a good price and could come out the next morning. I decided to book with them. Now here's where it gets weird. The gentlemen came to my home in a truck with a completely different named company on it. I was very confused. I showed him my dryer and told him I thought it was a broken belt. I showed him how the electrical was still working and he abruptly told me "no, not broken belt." Then he kept staring at the machine like it was a UFO or something. Five minutes later he asked me to check the circuit breaker. What???? I told him that the electrical was working on the dryer since you could see all the lights turn on but it just clicked when you hit "start." Sure enough the circuit breaker was just fine. Then ten minutes later he finally tells me, "yes, you have broken belt." He then goes on to tell me that the price was going to be more since this model of dryer needed to be pulled apart and more labor was involved. And unfortunately, even though the website said they have a huge selection of parts with them, he did not have a belt in stock and would have to come back tomorrow. The small truck he drove could never hold enough parts to back up that claim on their website! Seriously, I would never recommend this company and only wish I would have checked Yelp first. My $130 quote went to $185 and I could have had Sears fix it for $150. I ended up eating it on the $45 trip fee and found a person who worked for an appliance center to fix it within two hours for a cost of $100.
P.S. The guy reeked of cigarette smoke and left an odor that lasted about an hour after he left. Ugh!

Bad experience... Will not use again...:
These people missed two appointments. Kept deposit money, even after missing the second appointment. Porr communication and lack of integrity. We thought we would save money because of the Low Rates name. The next appliance repair company completed the job AND did it for $30 less.
