I have not had good experiences with attorneys in the past. I was terrified of the process and quite frankly, a bit ashamed of having to file for bankruptcy. Mr. Lowe made a terrible experience, wonderful. He was patient and walked me through the entire process. He worked directly with me to answer my questions and make sure that everything was going well. He is experienced and kind. He also came highly recommended from another friend of mine, who had used him in his bankruptcy. I rarely make recommendations. However, in this case, I feel that I simply must recommend Mr. Lowe. He is a wonderful attorney!

Mr. Lowe has a great knowledge of history and a unique sense of humor...something important in they type of law he represents. Rusty provided tremendous insight into the legal system, planning and guidance to ensure we would have a positive experience and outcome as we worked through the mine field of "justice". Finding a great lawyer is like finding a great partner in life...not a great fit for everyone...

Mr. Lowe is a poor example of an attorney. I would not recommend him to anyone. Besides he is one of those hypocritical Christians that that talks the talk but when it comes forgiving his fellow man he suddenly forgets his religion. Would not recommend
