Horrible:
When I first bought some plywood from Lowe's about a year ago, the man helping me said I could come get it cut to the exact sizes I needed it to be that I just needed to have my receipt with me each time. Since that day, I've gotten my wood cut with no problems but the last three times. The last three times they have given me excuse after excuse why they couldn’t cut my wood. Why? I really don’t know the REAL answer because it’s the exact same wood I’ve bought and gotten cut at least 10 times there before. Not only did they refuse to cut my wood, they were extremely rude about it. Each time that I have been refused customer service, I’ve gone to the Lowe's in Muscle Shoals. I never once told them what had happened at the Lowe's in Florence and each time they were extremely helpful and nice. They cut my wood with NO PROBLEMS. I really don’t understand why the Florence Lowe's couldn’t do it but the Muscle Shoals Lowe's could with gratitude?? I am officially done shopping at the Lowe's in Florence. I will never go back!

Dont give them your phone number:
They ALWAYS ASK for your Phone number....when you ask the the reason, they tell you its incase you lose your receipt they can refund your purchase without one. Well I took them to that test today. WOW NO RECORD......NO REFUND. I am sure I can find the receipts, just in a hurry today..bought the items in the last few days......... well that just tells you the REAL REASON they use your number ..... probably sell it to those cute telemarketers and phone harassers. BEWARE.
