I called at 11:30am and was told to bring my TWO Brussels Griffon on in and they would be seen immediately. We have been going to Petsmart for a couple years now and you never know what you are in for. The owner and his assistant really know what they are doing. They ask you exactly what you want and work very quickly!!! My husband and I went to lunch and came back to the store front and they were both done. They looked wonderful!!! My dogs did not seem anxious and ready to fly into my arms as usual. I will be back again and again. This is not your fru fru doggie boutique everyone this is an old school groomer who has been doing this for many years and truly knows what he is doing! I have two rare dogs that most groomers do not know how to groom. I recommend this place totally!

Yeah, this guy is a total nutcase. BUT BUT BUT he is THE best groomer in Baltimore, along with his 20 year assistant Beverly. I have had my dog groomed at the so called best grooming facilities and he has ended up with cuts, two of which were around his ears resulting in him needing to stay at the vet for two weeks collared to stop bleeding! Dave is a character yes, but I don't trust ANYONE with my dog and clippers other than him and Beverly. The guys knows what he is doing!

He is all over the map. I told him I needed a haircut for my cocker. He told me it'd be $70 for the 'whole thing'. I mentioned he'd just had a bath - we just need his haircut. He then cited that our dog is 'old' and he charges more in that instance, and that he'd not been in since May. When I told him he'd had his hair cut since, and that it costs $45 for a haircut elsewhere, he simply hung up.

We'll never go there again....But considering he's to be trusted with your pet? NO WAY.

This guy's a nut.
