I called to find out charges for my vehicle. My vehicle had broken down while traveling..and this place was the closest. Since I'm not local, I have to call. Well, I asked to speak with the manager, I asked him what the charges were and why, and he just started yelling at me. He was yelling so loud and fast that I couldn't even understand them. I didn't have a chance to even say anything because he was yelling at me. At the end he yelled, if you keep calling, I'm going to keep your vehicle and you can pay me what I'm owed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then he slammed down the phone...and hung up on me!!!! I am SO STUNNED! I just called to find out what was going on, and the owner went ballistic. Completely unprofessional, and absolutely unpredictable. BEWARE OF THE OWNER!
