Lukes 5 Car Wash

I have been through this car wash once. The machines ripped the window trim and seal off of one of my rear windows. I saw them flapping in the wind through my driver's mirror after I got on the highway immediately leaving the wash. Within 15 minutes of the time my car was washed, I had filled out the paper work for a damage report. I was told the manager would call me the next day, and then I would get an estimate and be reimbursed. This was on March 20th, and I have still not heard a word from them! I will never use this car wash again.

Also, before entering the wash I asked if they had anything special to apply to my tires/rims because they were especially dirty. I was told no, but they usually get them pretty clean anyway. Upon leaving the wash, they looked about as bad as when I had entered!
