We contracted with the Murrieta store for carpet and Laminate flooring. When the installer showed up the carpet was 13 yards short. The Laminate, once my entire floor was removed downstairs and halfway installed it was noticed that the manufacturer had changed locking systems. It took a week for the boxes to come in it could be finished. When it arrived it was one box short, we had to wait another week for that to come in. The worst thing was the lack of customer service, no returned phone calls, even at the corporate level after talking to a manager. The underlayment was not what we specified; it was not installed correctly according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Not to mention the bubbling and scratches in the laminate. This has been going on since “07" and is still not settled even after a court ordered inspector came out and verified the complaints. Another appearance should finally put closure to this for me.

We install new hardwood/laminate flooring, tile/stone, carpet, and granite counters.
