Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!:
Do not use this appliance repair company!!!! They charge the cheapest service fee rate and there is a reason!! They are not thorough or knowledgeable in their attempt to find out what is wrong with your appliance!! They misdiagnosed my washer leak as a transmission problem (repair person spent exactly 1 min looking at washer), recommended I buy a new one instead ( which I spent $450 buying) when it was actually a blockage in the pipe leading to the washer, which I still have to pay for to even be able to use the new washer I didn't need to begin with!! When I contacted the owner, his reponse was to scream at me that he was busy and had other calls!! He admitted that the problem was misdiagnosed but the only thing he was going to do was refund my $59.00 service fee??? Other than that, it was my issue to fix!!! LOUSY and OBNOXIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could!:
Called this company and spoke with a gentleman who scheduled to come to my home between 9-11am the next day. I cleared my morning, as I needed a deep freezer fixed, and waited for his arrival. At 11:20am he calls to tell me that he is running late and will not be available till 1pm. They had an emergency heater install and needed to stay on site. Mind you, my first thought was why he did not bother to call me at any point before 11am to notify he might be late. Upset but with my day already behind schedule, I agree to a 1pm time as I needed the appliance looked at. Well. here I am at 2:40pm posting this review. He never showed and never called again. Thats great customer service. Do not bother with this company...I will never again.

Faullty advice Don't Waste Your Money:
DO NOT waste your time or money calling this company. The repairman who came barely looked at my refrigerator and told us the bottom line was that it was not worth fixing, even though it was only 2 years old. His advice was that the to replace the coolant that had ;leaked out was too costly, invest in a new one.

Come to find out the refrigerator only had ice on the fan and unplugging it for a while fixed the problem. You could see the fan was not moving if you looked in the back of the freezer. But we had not known to do this before looking on the internet. But the repairman should have.

When I called to talk to the repairman, the person on the phone refused to give me his name and hung up on me. I suspect he was the repairman who came to our home.
