Wow! I love this store and have to defend it. I have shopped here for 4 years and never had a problem. There is a sign at the register with the return policy and it is printed on the reciept! If the shoes were so uncomfortable then why were they purchased? Mad About Shoe has great styles and super customer service. I bring all my friends when they come to visit me!

Terrible, unfair return policy!
I brought shoes back, never worn, because they were unwearable, they were so uncomfortable! To my surprise, they only give store credit and refused to take it off of my credit card. In MA the seller does have the right to decide what is the store policy, BUT this does NOT make it right. As a consumer, if I am not happy with my purchase, I should be able to return the item if it is unused. The owner was short with me and kept saying that it was store policy, no exceptions. It was NOT clear in the store or on my receipt of this policy. I gave my store credit to someone else because I will not support a business that does not accommodate it's loyal customers!
