Annual Restaurant Neighbor AwardCheers to Bill Duggan and the staff of Madam's Organ! In September they were awarded the 2009 Restaurant Neighbor Award for Small Businesses by the National Restaurant Association. They presented a check for $5000.00, which Madam's donated to the Oyster Bilingual School special needs program.
