My neighbor had this company clean his chimney, and their truck hit my car door, damaging it significantly. Angrily told the cop that they didn't do it, and that there was no new damage to their truck. So, watch out for your cars and your neighbors'.

We had Magic Sweep clean our fireplace last year. They did a great job and wrote on our ticket 10% military discount. We called them back this year to inquire about a installing a pellet burning fireplace insert. They quoted us almost $5,000 with the insert costing $1999. When we asked about the military discount, we were told that would not be FAIR to non-military to give us a discount. My husband was recently permanently disabled in the line of duty serving in the military. This is the most insulting comment I've ever heard. He gave his life so businesses like this can continue to operate. The clincher, Jim, the Owner made this comment on Memorial Day Weekend. Not MILITARY friendly--STAY AWAY.
