Amazing Service:
This is the only house cleaning company I've ever encountered that actually listens to my issues/concerns and resolves them. The Maid Pro office always handles my requests with ease. They are the best maid service I have ever used and I'm glad I found them!

Cannot Recommend this Service:
In 2007 a Maid Pro staff created some serious damage to my house. The company took 11 months to address the problem and reimburse me for the damage. The owner didn't bother to get in touch with me over the 11 months. I had to request the assistance of the Maid Pro Franchise President to resolve this matter. This year another incident happened and despite the owner's promises to reimburse me for the damage, which was quite small actually, the owner is now refusing to pay despite her personal guarantee that she would take care of the claim. Now that she is no longer servicing my house she refuses to pay the $125 claim.
It is true that the cleaners do a good job. However, if they damage your house, expect to be given the runaround and to be denied payment for your claim. I can not recommend this service because of the lack of professionalism of the owner, Gina Frizzi and her office manager. Quite frankly it is unacceptable that Ms. Frizzi refuses to pay for damage caused by her staff. All is well until the cleaning staff breaks something and then it's one long frustrating chase to get reimbursed for the damage and like myself you might never receive payment for your loss or have to take the owner to court.
