Poor Customer Service:
My wife and i ordered and received a new mailbox from this vendor. We paid about $450.00 for this mailbox. When it was received, it was damaged. I contacted Mailbox Works and the runaround began. It's been a week and i am no further off than i was when i made the first call.
The product is nice, the website is nicer, and the prices are reasonable. All you can do is hope your purchase is delivered with no damage.
