Manley Paul Tree & Landscaping Service

Manley Tree Service was working at my next door neighbor house on June 4th, 2015. They asked permission to enter our yard to cut down trees not on our property. After they had left we realized that they had been on top of the roof of our house and damaged our gutters. The damaged was caused by them allowing the trees to fall on our roof and gutters. I spoke to Manley tree service on the same day and was told to give them 3 weeks to fix it. On July 9th I called again and was promise by end of week someone would come out. We waited 2 more weeks and called again and they never returned my call. I had my lawn service company repair the gutter on July 24th, 2015 at an expense of $200.00. Someone from Manley showed up a few days later, not to repair it but look at it, I told him it was too late. We've been patiently waiting for months and they were not returning our calls, so we had it fixed since we were coming into hurricane season. We filed our complaint with the BBB. We will wait 2 weeks more to see if they will resolve this issue. If not then I guess we will pursue this legally by other means.
