The reason I am writing this review is to alert future clients of Mann Realtors about their unprofessional approach of doing business. Most importantly, I want to protect these potential customers from being mistreated and ripped off. The property I moved into was unprofessionally managed and there are an ample of evidents to support my claims. For example, the parking lot does not even have residential permits so basically anyone can park there. When I moved into the apartment, the apartment was not ready and I had to clean everything, there things that were broken and I had to fix them, light bulbs that were not changed and I had to change them. And guess what: they did not subtract these expenses from my rent!!! But wait, there is a lot worse: if they tell you that there is a laundry room in the apartment, you will be surprised what you might find. I found a pile of c@!p sitting on the floor in the laundry providing a relaxing smell for the occupants. So you don’t need to buy any of those oils to make your facilities smell good: they are complimentary included in the price and by the way they last long enough to make you throw your guts out. I should have called the city on them but I avoided even passing by there cause of the overwhelming smell. The laundry machines are not just old, but they looked like they had never been cleaned. If you have dirty clothes and you want to clean them in the laundry room, I suggest you don’t cause you might be disturbed by how nasty it is.
Whenever my bath tub would get clogged it took the handyman two days to get there and clean it up. If you think that you will get treated nicely think again.
From my experience Mann Realtors are the only place that requires a written notice prior to vacating their premises. And if you forget to bring them that notice, like I did, there’s no way you will get any of your deposit from them. In fact they might treat you like they treated me when I was trying to explain to them that it should not be my responsibility to remember that notice after 11 months of signing the contract. Who can remember that anyways? Oh, listen to this: the lady manager named Jenny rolled her eyes as I was trying to explain to her my situation. I am a college educated person and a manager myself and I have never heard of or seen any manager roll her eyes when she is trying to resolve a conflict with a client. This is not the 20th century, in this day and age businesses must ensure customer satisfaction, and otherwise they will provide negative feedback and exacerbate your public image and hurt your business
