Cynthia Houle became our court appointed expediitor after 3 others were removed as my ex spouse could not/ will not abide by there orders. One very well known mediator even resigned from our case as my ex was found to be too difficult to work with. I am not sure what Houle's motive was to not involve myself in her decision making plans other than she gets a large amount of appointees through the Chaska/Carver County Judges. Fortunately, for myself she was not quite proficient in responding to emails. On several occasions she must have hit "reply all" button. The thread of inappropriate correspondence between my ex herself were highly inappropriate and bias.I filled 2 formal compliants with the licensing board and she was found guilty of inappropriate communication and giving legal advice to my ex spouse. Ms.Houle appeared at our first court appearance to NOT have her removed and the Judge agreed. It took several more months of inappropriate communication and her changing our court ordered visitation schedule, not to mention thousands of incurred fees charged by Ms. Houle and attorneys. Many better options out there then this one! Be sure to research! The ADR ethics board keeps all records of impartial neutrals found in violation of their duties. Check www.mncourts.gov
