Jeanie and John, we know that your wedding was a very important day, and we worked hard to make your event and every event fun and successful. Unfortunately, the weather is something we have no control over. As per our agreement, a tent was placed on hold for Jeanine and John's wedding so it would be available if they felt the need for it. But tents on reserve need to be confirmed based on weather forecasts at least one day prior to the event. It takes up to 4 hours to correctly set up a tent and must be done in advance, not when it starts raining. Jeanine & John did not request the tent be set up, and we regret that their guests got wet. We appreciate that they added their enjoyment of our delicious food to their review, along with their criticism.

Our event was a disaster! The wedding reception was in a petite ballroom, so we had a tent "on-reserve" for the outside patio. Mr. Foreman did not include the tent fee in our final bill, stating there was no point in charging us in advance if we didn't use the tent. I made it very clear that we absolutely NEED the tent on-hand because we NEED the patio space. Despite our agreement, he did not have the patio tented when it stormed that night. My guests were SOAKED waiting at the outdoor bar and the tiny ballroom was overcrowded. The indoor space was then further limited when the bar was moved inside. Had he kept his word, our reception would have been perfect. Instead, our guests were wet, cramped and uncomfortable. A well-planned event was ruined by his incompetence. I guarantee that he will serve delicious food at your event. He will also cash your checks in a flash, but take his time returning your calls. If you do hire him, I advise that you get EVERY detail of your agreement in writing.
