Used mark 4 for our new kitchen and main bathroom. Cindi was excellent to work with. She helped with design, selection of cabinets, and completion of both projects. We love our new kitchen and bathroom. We highly recommend Mark 4

We have used Mark IV over the last 6 years to do several complete kitchen and bathroom remodels (down to the studs)in two primary residences. We have been VERY pleased with all our interactions with Jack (who has been our design consultant on all three projects) as well as the Mark IV support staff and especially the on-site workers (Lee & Fritz). Not to say there has never been any issues or miscommunications during the process but we have always been able to resolve them amicably. We have recommended Mark IV to both friends and neighbors. We will definately use Mark IV again if we redo another kitchen or bath.

Don't use these idiots. Cancelled a meeting at the last meeting; rescheduled. So we drove the 100 miles (we're moving to the area) for the new meeting and were greeted by the oddball owner, Jack. He told us he had NOTHING to show us. He then...get this...asked us for money which he'd never-before mentioned (but we'd have been willing to pay). Possibly the worst customer service we'd ever received. This, from a company which isn't all that creative to begin with. Do yourself a favor and do as we did: find someone else.
