I should have adhered to the bad reviews. I hired Mark Krause for my custody case per recommendation of my divorce attorney. As a mommy who loves her son more than anything and was completely fully involved before....I am now, the dreaded, weekend parent. Someone might be saying...."Come Onnn...you don't turn into a weekend parent without doing something wrong." No. Not the case. Clean record, NO drugs/drinking, volunteered at his school, involved in the community. Even my exes mother says incredible things about me as a parent. :( Mr. Krause returns phone calls and emails in his own time, up to weeks later. I caught him LIEING TO ME more than once about what he had said previously. He is completely arrogant and misses/forgets information. He 'forgot' he was supposed to write up the order after court...for 3 weeks while we all waited. Another lie of his. I had to have the audio transcript ordered after court because he was so insistent that what I remembered from court was wrong. Transcript came back...I was right. His response..."That's what I though too!" And no, I was not meek about his wrongs....I was clear the whole process and called him out on his lies. It did not change anything. Save yourself from the heartache I am currently living. Do NOT hire this unqualified "attorney".
