A Great Place to Take Your Car:
I have taken my car to this shop 4 times and have always received top service there. Mark (not the owner) has always been friendly and has worked his hardest to get me the best deal they offer to repair my car. I recommend this shop!

My New Shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:
I was so tired of the run around and the expense of taking my car to the dealership, but upon speaking with a sales guy at the dealership (I won't say which one :-), I promised), he actually told me to see Mark because I could get the same quality workmanship, original parts, for about half the price he was quoting me. Needless to say I was shocked but pleasantly surprised about this man's recommendation and I definitely needed to find out more about this repair shop. I got my Volvo XC 90 repaired for less than ½ of what the dealership wanted and another “import specialty” shop wanted. The other 2 shops were charging to replace two control arms, when only one needed replacing. I also got an oil change and tire rotation on top of the repair and it was still CHEAPER than the other guy’s quotes. I have worked in the customer service industry for years, so my radar is finely tuned for good customer service. Mark and his crew go above and beyond, they go that extra mile to ensure the customer is happy and that the repairs they perform is top notch quality. The employees at Mark’s are hard working and they truly care about you, the customer. I recommend you give these guys a try, he has several locations and I have heard lots of good things about all of them. Never again will I pay dealership prices!

Excellent service!!!!:
I used to take my car to the dealer and it always costed me an arm and a leg. Fortunatley, I found Mark's place. I live in Redmond and had my service done there and was very pleased with the quality of their work. Now I work in Issaquah, so I take my car there now. I feel very comfortable knowing I have a mechanic I can really trust. Thanks to Mark and his wonderful staff!

The best auto service experience I have ever had:
I brought my car in for a Check engine light diagnoses, I was afraid of the worst. And After a very descriptive explanation of the diagnoses procedures and necessary repairs By the Mark (Not the owner) I Authorized the repairs recommended. They took the time to explain How my car works and why the repairs came about and were very specific with the estimate provided. They also pointed out some maintenance items that needed some attention, and Mark wasn`t pushy or agressive in any way to sell me repairs. He simply pointed out the problems and Explained what needed to be done and let me make my own decisions when and how I would get the repairs completed.
The work I had authorized was performed That day and When I picked up my car the estimate provided was dead on. The atmosphere at the facility was what I would expect from old an fashioned service facility that we just dont get any more.
I will return for further repairs as I can afford them and I would recommend Marks Japanese and European Auto to anyone.
