Nothing but problems from day one. I had a parrot device install in my car, I had to bring it back 4 times due to incorrect installation. After numerous attempts of getting the issue resolved I finally gave up and had the device removed from the car. Completely unsatisfied with Mark sound and the product, better off going to BEST BUY! This installation cost me $450 and it was the biggest waste of money! I was overcharged for the product by 50%. Also Mark lied to me. On one occasion when I had to bring the car back b/c the parrot device was not working he had told me that he only had to replace the fuse. When I noticed my SD card was not in the unit, I confronted him and asked him for my card and that is when he fessed up and admitted they had replaced the entire system.
