Too Old - not interest in new clients:
DO NOT waste your time or $$$ on this attorney!
Brough organized files to visit this collection attorney (Dudley Martin). I had someone who owed me over $10k. I had to expain everything at least twice. He refused to look at my outline, and wrote everything down again! The visit took 2 hrs and he charged me $400 just to tell me that he was not interested because the debtor lived too far away (50 miles).
This guy is like 72 years old. He obviously does not want any more clients. He knew from the first 5 minuets he was not going to take the case, but he sure "took" me.
Now, I not only have to find another collection guy, but now it cost me another $400!!!
