As a part-time teacher and full-time small business owner, it is essential that I am fit and healthy. In fact, I love to exercise and I work out everyday. Last September I developed a painful and debilitating case of sciatica. My sister had suffered from an extreme case of sciatica, so severe that she was in constant intense pain. She tried physical therapy, consulted with an orthopedic surgeon, and had cotisone shots, nothing helped. Finally, she went to a chiropractor and was on the road to recovery after just a few treatments. Pain relief at last! I decided to give chiropractic care a try, too. Martin Chiropractic was first to return my call, and they were even able to see me that same day! I have never felt so at home in any other medical office (and I've been to alot!). They work with my crazy schedule and always have bright smiles for me when I walk through the door. Dr. Martin is an absolute artist when it comes to adjustments. I never had any pain or discomfort during treatments, and I started to feel better almost immediately. I couldn't believe it! Instead of staying at home in pain, I actually enjoyed my 17th wedding anniversary/53rd birthday on the dance floor in San Frnacisco with my husband. We had a ball! I am thrilled to saythat I am now fully recovered from sciatica. My post x-rays showed great imporvement in my spinal alighnment, and I now only see Dr. Martin for regular wellness check-ups.
