On December 10th - I had one of the worst and very upsetting experiences I have had with a business in years. It is all about $4 which is not a big deal though it is the attitude of the employee who I think is the owner. They want me to pay the extra cost for a shirt they dry cleaned instead of laundering as I requested. Their receipt which I signed when I dropped the shirts off even shows my request. They tell me the shirt requires dry cleaning. I say I asked for laundering. I agree to pay the full amount if they want though I let them know I will not be coming back. I get home and I look at the shirt and it is 100% cotton as the others are with no special instructions. This is a small cost though what if it was something big like the clothes were ruined. How would they handle it? Avoid this place at all costs. Drive if you need. This business is unethical and not customer oriented.

I am in need of a good laundry service in Highlands Ranch if someone can recommend a good one.
